How does hypnotherapy work?

What happens during a hypnotherapy session?
Each session starts with a discussion about your goals and concerns. Then, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where we’ll work on reframing thoughts and behaviors. At the end, you’ll return to full alertness feeling calm and refreshed.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on the individual and the issue being addressed. Many clients experience noticeable results after 2-3 sessions, but more complex goals may require additional sessions.
Is this Therapy?
